TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* Check in time after 3 pm
* Check out time before 10 am

*No smoking
* Prices include sheets and towels etc.
* A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
* No Pets.
* For Number 60 only, no children under the age of 8 years old or crawling/walking toddlers due to a steep staircase within the property.

 

Payment schedule

50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after.

Security deposit
A damages deposit of £150.00 is required when booking done as a pre-authorisation against your card, which is released  subject to no incidental breakages or damage during the occupation of the cottage.  Please respect our cottages and leave them reasonably clean and tidy when you leave.
