A truly breathtaking backdrop awaits all who play at Bridport Golf Club, which is just a two minute drive from Donkey Lane Cottages. Scenic views stretch not only over the sea and shore, but also inland to the two highest points in Dorset.
Bridport Golf Club's 6th hole appears in lists of the top 50 par-3s in the UK – although only 129 yards long, it has a drop of more than 90 feet from tee to green. Approach with care, though – a slightly loose swing and an unfortunate gust of wind could drift your ball into the English Channel!
As well as 18 holes, the club also boats a floodlit driving range installed with Top-Tracer technology.
