No. 60 and No. 61 Donkey Lane are located in the oldest part of Burton Bradstock, with all the amenities of the village in walking distance.

Both cottages have enclosed cottage gardens and a complimentary bottle of fizz awaits you on your arrival.

Just a short 10 minute walk away is the legendary Hive Beach Café serving

fresh, local seafood and scrumptious cakes.  Take the fob and the door keys with you for 10% discount!

Unfortunately, we don't allow dogs or any pets in the cottages.

Donkey Lane is a very short road and therefore not ideal for parking, however there is on-street parking just 50 metres away by the Vicarage wall and village green.

Booking either of our cottages entitles you to a 10% discount to use at any of the Hive Beach Café, the Watch House Café in West Bay, and The Clubhouse Restaurant in West Bexington so you don’t need to cook at all!  Please note that due to insurance policies, BBQ’s are not allowed at either cottage.

Please book all guests as adults but drop us a line if there are children coming.

Both cottages have a washing machine, dishwasher and a Grind coffee machine (pods are included).  Bedding and towels are included.  Free Wifi included.

There are also two pubs, a Post Office including a village store, a Spar shop and petrol station in Burton Bradstock all within walking distance

Burton Bradstock is on the B3157, known locally as the coast road and has the X53 bus service running between Weymouth and Axminster which takes in some stunning scenery (there is an open top service during the summer months!).  There are two pubs, a garage/convenience store and Post office/village store in Burton Bradstock all within easy walking distance.

Nearby is the bustling, eclectic town of Bridport complete with some wonderful independent shops, a great market on a Wednesday and Saturday and a vintage market on the last Sunday in the month, along with everything you would expect to find in a small market town - pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets etc.  The larger towns of Dorchester and Weymouth are both within 30 minutes drive.

We are very proud of the beautiful area that we live in and hope you can make the most of it during your stay, or return again to do anything you missed the first time!  We have tried to create the perfect atmosphere to help you in this endeavour - we hope you agree!
